RESY Film CLUB
Resy Film Club is a campaign we created to show the ins and outs of the restaurants and people behind the brand. The campaign was intended to give Resy a fresh and genuine look and feel by throwing it back to film cameras and leaving it up to each restaurant to show their day to day - from meal prep to dessert wine to inside the kitchen. The campaign involved packaging and print design, photography and digital design.
We began the process by designing camera packaging and guidelines to give to each restaurant. From there, the restaurants would have 24 hours to capture photos on the disposable cameras. Anyone, from the chef to the customers to the busboy, could take the photos or be featured. Upon picking up the cameras, I would shoot portraits of the chefs and have the photos developed. I would then stylize and order the photos with a custom film template we designed to tell the featured restaurant’s story. It might be a 5-photo carousel, it might be a single, badass shot or an IG story collage of sequential photos.
